Specified Commercial Transaction Act

The Specified Commercial Transactions Act performs the following control on business operators according to the characteristics of each type of transaction in terms of the provision of appropriate information to consumers.

A violation of the Specified Commercial Transactions Act is subject to an instruction of business improvement, administrative disposition of business suspension order or penalties.

The Specified Commercial Transactions Act obliges a business operator to inform consumers of its name, or the fact that its purpose is to solicit the consumers, prior to solicitation.

CANCELS

 Once you placed an order, it can not be canceled during the whole process and no request will be accepted.

 RETURNS

 Products may only be exchanged or refunded if they are found to be damaged or defective.

 DAMAGED IN TRANSIT products are not subjected to return.

 HOW TO ENTER A CLAIM

 Please contact us through the inquiries form within 3 days of receiving your order, as indicated by the delivery tracking number. You will be sent a Return Authorization Form and may be asked for images to support your claim. Once your claim is provisionally approved you will be provided with shipping labels and instructions on returning the item/s.

 The claim will not be finalized until the defective product has been returned. Once we have received the product and the claim has been approved, you will be informed via email and a replacement product will be sent to you. In the case a replacement product cannot be arranged, you will be refunded in full, including initial shipping costs.

 CONDITIONS

 ・Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, complete with all original tags and/or packaging.

・EMOITIONALWORLDVINTAGE  will not accept any returns sent without prior written communication and valid Return Authorization.

・All returns will be arranged through the express account you chose.

All personal information used to create an account or paying method will be confidential and will not be used for other than business purposes.

Online payment is open to credit/debit card payments, also PayPal Payments.

All product will be shipped out within 5 business days.

All shipments are charged in a flat rates.

Online payments are limited to credit cards, and payments have to be processed immediately for the order to be placed.
